ESPN’s Mike Clay recently put out his stat projections for the revamped Bears offense. What he projected for Kevin White is surprising . . . if White can stay healthy.
Former first-round pick Kevin White is projected to be targeted 22 times, catching 13 passes for 153 yards with one touchdown. White has only appeared in five games in three seasons, so getting 16 games out of him would be considered a win in 2018.
I think based upon recent comments from the Bears new head coach Matt Nagy, if White can stay on the field, he will greatly surpass those numbers.
