Joe Alexander's comeback to basketball in the US is gaining momentum. Sidelined for an extended period with a broken leg, Alexander has now played in five games for the Santa Cruz Warriors of the D-League.
Against the Austin Torso on Sunday, Alexander posted 20 points on 8-14 shooting to go along with 7 rebounds and 3 steals. His scores came on a variety of slashes, drives and post-ups resulting in easy layups and, of course, several dunks.
The Warriors are being very careful with Alexander's minutes. The team has him come off the bench and holds him out of the second game of back-to-backs.
