Charles Sims' NFL Combine Results

  

   The crop of running backs in this year's NFL Draft is very deep. On Sunday at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, WVU running back Charles Sims did his best to stand out.
   Seen as a possible 3rd Round pick headed into the weekend, Sims' performance may have elevated him to a 2nd Round grade after running a blistering 4.48 in the 40-yard dash. His measurables combined with that type of speed will make teams look at him as an every down back instead of a situational player in the NFL, therefore upping his value.

Weight: 214lbs.
Arm Length: 34"
Hands: 8 1/4"
40-yard Dash: 4.48 seconds (tied for sixth among RBs)
Bench Press: 17 reps
Vertical Jump: 37.5"
Broad Jump: 126" (4th place among RBs)
